Frequent questions

Registration on our site is necessary to be able to process the order you want to place. In fact, the order requires information such as the address, phone and e-mail to be able to deliver the order. Also, with your registration you have greater speed in completing the order without having to declare the same information every time, you have access to the history of your orders, you can create your own wish list and have as many delivery addresses as you want.

a) When you place a new order, you receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was successfully registered

b) When your order is processed and the collection of its products begins, you will receive a new e-mail with the estimated delivery time

c) when your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail for the exact delivery time.

You can order at any time online by clicking on the "Add to cart" option next to each product. You can also order by phone or by email by contacting us. 

You can make any changes you want to your order until it is delivered to the carrier. You can add or remove a product or even replace a product you have ordered

In any case, the change can be made either by contacting us by phone or by e-mail. When you want to add or replace a product the shipping time of the order changes as the process starts again for the product you just added. Details about shipping methods can be found in SHIPPING METHODS

You can pay in any of the following ways you choose: a) Cash on delivery, i.e. cash payment upon delivery of your order,

b) By depositing the value of your order to our bank account which you will receive by email.

It is possible for someone other than the person who placed the order to receive it in a gift box. In order to send a gift, you simply inform us when your order is executed.

For each simple shipment, the courier fee is X € and the cash on delivery is X €. For orders over XX €, shipping is free for the customer.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the products.
